AGAINST all human calculation, and expectation that shocked the world when news hit that Nicolas Maduro, then sitting President of Venezuela, the wife, First Lady of the nation, Cilia Adela Flores de Maduro were captured like ‘chicken’, despite the tight, armed security provided by the special forces elite team from Cuba which led to their being dragged out of their beds, and on the floor for a few seconds after which they were handcuffed.
