Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, has flayed Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde for mocking President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Igboho, in a viral video on Sunday, described Makinde’s stage-jumping stunt as childish and disrespectful to the President.

He said, “He was jumping around like a frog and a mad man, insulting Tinubu, saying Tinubu can’t jump like him as if he doesn’t have a father.”
The Yoruba Nation activist warned that he would not tolerate any insult on Tinubu, declaring, “If you insult Tinubu, I will insult you back.”
He also said anyone who wants to live long should not mock an elderly person, calling Makinde a disgrace.
Trouble began on Thursday when the Oyo Governor, at a South-West town hall meeting in Akure, Ondo State capital, for his presidential campaign, jumped down from the stage to prove his physical stamina.
According to Makinde, who is running under the Allied Peoples Movement banner, 2027 should be about candidates’ energy, not age.
He challenged other presidential candidates to do the same, saying, “If they can do that, vote for them.”
Though Makinde did not mention Tinubu’s name, many interpreted it as a jab at President Tinubu’s fitness.
