Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, on Friday, held a closed-door meeting with the Board of Trustees led by Adolphus Wabara.
The meeting held in Abuja.
The meeting is the third by the faction within the week.
When a similar meeting held on Wednesday, the Turaki-led group said it was open to reconciliation with the camp led by the Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike.
Turaki also confirmed that there are positive signs that the two PDP factions are getting close to a truce
The Abdulrahman Mohamed-led caretaker committee of the PDP, which is backed by Wike, had also said it is open to reconciliation.
The faction however listed some conditions, insisting that its planned national convention, scheduled for 29th and 30th March must hold.
Those who attended the meeting included Turaki, Wabara, former governor of Niger State, Babangida Aliyu, former governor of Kano State, Ibrahim Shekarau, and a former information minister, Prof. Jerry Gana.
