The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District and Ogun State APC governorship candidate for the 2027 elections, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (YAYI), CON, FCA, has facilitated the construction and equipping of a modern Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Centre at Lisabi Grammar School, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The newly constructed facility is equipped with 60 complete desktop computer systems, accompanied by chairs and tables, as well as two multifunctional printers capable of printing, scanning and photocopying.
To ensure reliable power supply and a conducive learning environment, the centre is also fitted with a 30KVA generating set, a 15KVA solar inverter system, air-conditioning units and other essential facilities.
The project forms part of Senator Adeola’s ongoing investments in educational infrastructure, digital literacy and technological advancement, aimed at equipping young people with practical skills and preparing them for opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
The ICT Centre is expected to enhance computer education, provide students with hands-on technological experience and strengthen their capacity to compete in an increasingly technology-driven world.
The latest intervention adds to several ICT facilities facilitated by Senator Adeola across Ogun State, reflecting his continued focus on youth empowerment, educational development and the advancement of technology-driven learning.
