Crescent University, Abeokuta has successfully clinched one hundred percent pass rate in Nursing public examination for the seventh time, the Vice Chancellor, Prof Ibraheem Gbajabiamila has unveiled.
He revealed this during the presentation of the 400-level undergraduates who all made the March 2026 diet of the RM professional examination organised by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Earlier, in his remarks, the head of Department of Nursing, Crescent University, Abeokuta, Dr Shafiu Ademola assured the newly Registered Midwives that “this achievement is a testament to your hard work, discipline and commitment to excellence. You have gone through rigorous academic and clinical training, sleepless nights and demanding assessment”.
While expressing appreciation to parents, Ademola said their support, sacrifice and belief in their children had made moments of celebration possible.
He stressed that the university management deserved gratitude for
“providing an enabling learning environment and resources. Your continuous attention in serving our needs even when it came unexpected is commendable and always appreciated.
In a related development, the Registrar, on behalf of the management, applauded Dr Ademola on his recent award of Fellowship of African Institute of Public Health Professionals.
Also present at the ceremony are the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Rasaki Kareem;University Bursar, Alh Tirimisiyu Gbadebo Ogunmefun FCA; Chairman of Crescent University Parent Forum (CUPAF) , Dr Toriola Coker, Coordinator of 400-Level Nursing Parents, Alhaji Ola-Aje and other parents.
