The ancient city of Kaduna is wearing a new look, ready and set for history as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Ministers, APC Governors, National and State officials of the All Progressives Congress, APC, storm the Centre of Learning for the flag-off of the Presidential Campaign Council, PCC, mega rally this Saturday.
The choice of Kaduna is strategic. It is the political heartbeat of Northern Nigeria, and the decision to flag-off the PCC campaign here is a masterstroke that underscores APC’s determination to win big in 2027. And no one is better positioned to host this mother of all rallies than the performing Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani.
Governor Uba Sani has transformed Kaduna town. From road infrastructure to urban renewal, security to inclusive governance, Kaduna is now a reference point for good governance. The township stadium, home of the Ranchers Bees, is wearing a completely new look, wearing the colours of victory, ready to host Mr. President and millions of APC faithful.
To ensure a flawless, litmus and show-test of APC’s winning capacity in 2027, Governor Uba Sani has carefully constituted a high-powered Local Organising Committee, LOC, under the able chairmanship of the Deputy Governor, Her Excellency, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, with eminent members like Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas, Speaker, House of Representatives, and other top party stalwarts.
The Governor went further to inaugurate powerful sub-committees working round the clock, holding marathon meetings and bringing out the flavours of APC’s strength and popularity.
The sub-committees include: Party Affairs, Strategy and Programme, Protocol, Stage/Venue Management and Technical Production, Logistics and Transport, Contact and Mobilisation, Media and Publicity, Security and Traffic Management, Finance and Budget, Welfare, Hospitality and Entertainment, Medical and Emergency Management, and Legal and Regulatory Affairs.
Every sub-committee is bouncing, active and working in earnest for a successful event.
The Media and Publicity sub-committee under the leadership of the Honourable Commissioner and veteran media strategist, Mallam Ahmed Maiyaki, is saturating the airwaves, social media, radio, television and the streets of Kaduna with the message of Renewed Hope. Kaduna is APC, and APC is Kaduna.
Political analysts rate Governor Uba Sani very high. He has the ability, the capacity and the ebullient, mighty political spirit to change the story of APC in Northern Nigeria. His style of inclusive governance, his open-door policy and his massive developmental strides have returned APC to the hearts of the people.
The Kaduna mega rally is the first impression. It will trickle down with a multiplier political effect that will change the narrative from Kaduna to the entire 19 Northern States and the country at large. What happens in Kaduna on Saturday will set the tone for total victory.
Governor Uba Sani has assured that Kaduna will host a huge, historic and unprecedented event that will climax into President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s mega defeat of all political opponents. The Kaduna flag-off is the starting point of the overall victory of all APC candidates across the nation.
