The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has rescheduled its 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, for 24,535 candidates. JAMB rescheduled the UTME due to thesubstantial non-compliance with its standards in the centres of the affected candidates. The board also directed affected candidates to print their supplementary Examination Notification Slips from Tuesday, 4th June, 2024, to ascertain their designated examination centres. Following the indefinite strike declared by the organised labour, aviation unions, on Sunday, directed their members to withdraw services across airports in Nigeria. Their action would commence by 12:00 am on Monday June 3, the unions declared. The unions include the National Union of Air Transport Employees (NUATE), Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN), Association of Nigerian Aviation Professionals (ANAP) and the National Association of Aircraft Pilots and Engineers (NAAPE).
