This is coming as the President inaugurated the Renewed Hope livestock reform implementation committee at the State House, Abuja, on Tuesday. Police in Kano have arrested a 22-year-old suspected kidnapper, Zakariyya Muhammad, barely 16 hours after he allegedly kidnapped an 18-month-old baby. A former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani, says only God can resolve the perennial crisis rocking Rivers State.
