Gunmen have reportedly killed 18 people in an attack on villagers in Mbacher Council Ward of Katsina-Ala Local Government Area of Benue State. Microsoft Corporation, an American multinational technology company, has disclosed that the recent global cyber outage affected 8.5 million Windows devices. On July 19, airlines’ operations, media, and financial services across the world were disrupted following a major cyber outage. Over 4,000 flights — nearly 4 percent of all scheduled flights globally — were cancelled due to the disruption. The Police said they have arrested three suspects over house breaking, robbery of gold and other valuables in Abuja. The Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, said this during a media briefing in Abuja.
