Super Eagles first opponent at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, Tanzania, arrived in Fes, Morocco for the competition on Friday.

The Taifa Stars spent around one week in Egypt to finetune strategies for the tournament.

Three-time champions Nigeria landed in Fes on Thursday night.

The two countries will clash in Group C’s opening fixture at the Complexe Sportif de Fès next week Tuesday.

It will be their second-ever meeting at the AFCON.

Nigeria defeated the East Africans 3-1 in the opening game of the 1980 edition.
