Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick, has predicted a ‘tough’ game when his team tackles Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final first leg tie on Wednesday.
Flick spoke at his post-match interview after Barcelona defeated Atletico Madrid 2-1 in the LaLiga on Saturday.
The former Bayern Munich coach watched as goals from Robert Lewandowski and Marcus Rashford gave the Catalan club all three points against Diego Simeone’s side.
“On Wednesday we play them again, and it will be very tough,” Flick said after Barcelona defeated Atletico.
“We need to play our game, give everything, and prepare for the match,” he said.
The Champions League quarter-final first leg tie between Barca and Atletico will be played at Camp Nou, and the kick-off time is 8 pm, Nigerian time.
