Spanish Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency, Juan Ignacio Sell, has received from the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Chairman, Ola Olukoyede the proceeds of crime recovered by the anti-graft Agency for a Spanish victim.
