The Senator representing Ogun West Senatorial District and the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate for Ogun State in the 2027 elections, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly called Yayi, has facilitated the completion of Section 1 of the 3-kilometre Ifo–Ibogun Road in Ifo Local Government Area of Ogun State.
The completed section features drainage construction and asphalt paving, aimed at improving road accessibility, enhancing transportation safety and addressing drainage challenges within the benefiting communities.
The project is expected to ease the movement of residents, motorists and traders, improve connectivity and stimulate commercial activities along the corridor.
This infrastructure intervention forms part of Senator Adeola’s sustained commitment to improving road networks, strengthening community infrastructure and promoting socioeconomic development across Ogun State.
