…installs solar street lights, set to construct exam hall as he gives scorecard

In an effort to cushion the effects of the downward economy, which is biting hard on the people of Mubi South constituency area of Adamawa State, Hon Yohanna Sahabo Jauro, the member representing the area in the state House of Assembly, in grand style visited and presented food and non food items to them.
Sahabo distributed the food items to the vulnerable and the less privileged, who are the direct target beneficiaries and gave cash donation to over one hundred and fifty people.
The Financial gesture was extended to the All progressives Congress,Local Government officials of Mubi South, the ward Chairmen, Youth groups and all his campaign coordinators.
Sahabi made the visit in order to mark his one year in office with his entourage touring many communities, where he monitored the installation of solar streets lights in Manawaci village of Mujara Ward.
He assured his constituents that the installation of street lights will reach other rural communities in order to improve the security intelligence of those areas.
The Adamawa State lswmaker is also set to construct an Exam Hall in Government Secondary School Dibirshi Ward. The only Maternity/Clinic in Chaba, Duvu Ward of Mubi South was fully and well renovated.
Celebrating his one year in office, the lawmaker told our reporter that his scorecard is best given by his constituents because they are the direct beneficiaries of his works.
He however said that his one year in office has enabled him to move a motion in public interest asking the Adamawa State Government to intervene in the illegal mining activities going on in Lamorde Ward, Mubi South LGA, which is causing a serious environmental hazard, giving a lot of health challenges as warning signals to the surrounding communities.
He revealed that over 200 streetlight solar energy were distributed across the ten wards of his constituency. And he awarded full scholarship to 13 youths who have gained admission to School of Health Technology,Mubi and College of Nursing Yola.
He added, “I distributed 600 furniture to 47 primary schools across the 10 wards of my constituency. I have 15 Personal/Special Assistants in my monthly salary payroll.
“I facilitated the recruitment of seven Youths who are my members of my constituents into Nigerian Army, and three persons were recruited into the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC), and three others into NDLEA.
“I provided four new industrial Boreholes at Wuro-Bukude/Bayan Asibiti (Nasarawo Ward, Saranyi (Ndukku Ward), Dou-Gada (Nasarawo Ward) and Wuro-Patuji/Tudun-Wada (Gude Ward)
“I rehabilitated dilapidated hand pumps and industrial Boreholes in Mubi South.”
