Controversial singer, Badmus Abeeb Okikiola, aka Portable, was on Tuesday released from the Ilorin Correctional Centre on bail.
Portable, it was learnt had his multi-coloured hair shaved clean before his release.
The singer’s release followed the withdrawal of the petition against him by Saheed Osupa, who was in Ilorin for the case.
According to sources at the Oke-Kura custodial centre in Ilorin, Portable was released at 3:30 pm on Tuesday after a variation of his bail conditions by the authorities.
Two of his wives were on hand to receive him at the time of his release by the prison authorities at the Oke-Kura custodial centre.
It was learnt that he took his first meal on Tuesday morning, since his incarceration on Monday.
Last Saturday, Portable was arrested Abeokuta, Ogun State, and brought to Ilorin by operatives of the Kwara State Police Command for alleged criminal intimidation, defamation and threat to life against Saheed Osupa.
