Peter Obi hallucinating over 2023 election victory claim – Presidency

Presidency has accused the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, Peter Obi, of hallucinating over his claim that he won the 2023 presidential election.

Presidency also described Obi as someone living in a political fantasy land.

Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Public Communications, Sunday Dare, said these while reacting to Obi’s renewed claim about the 2023 election.

Dare described Obi as someone driven by excessive ambition and political arrogance.

“To continue insisting that he won the election after the Supreme Court delivered its final judgment is nothing but clear hallucination,” Dare said.

The Presidency also dismissed any suggestion that Obi had the authority to decide the outcome of the election.

Dare questioned who gave Obi the authority to decide whether to concede the election, insisting that only the Nigerian people have the power to determine election outcomes through their votes.

He added that Nigerians would again decide the next presidential election through their votes.
