‎‎…resumes road Infrastructure developments in estates November
‎
‎
‎In renewed efforts towards scaling up infrastructural development and further improve on investor’s Returns on Investment(RoI), Pelican Valley has procured a multi – million naira Road Compactor equipment to fast – track road building projects in all its estates in Ogun State.
‎
‎The reputable real estate development and investment company has also mobilised its suppliers to supply high quality stone base materials ahead of the road works.
‎
‎The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, who disclosed this to newsmen on Saturday at the firm’s state-of-the-art site Office in Kobape area of Ogun State, said the road development projects across the firm’s four – fold estates namely; Pelican Valley Estate Laderin Pelican Brief, Pelican Ecostay Apartments and Pelican Greenish Acre Estate located at Kobape – Abeokuta corridor of the state will commence in earnest in November 2025.
‎
‎Dr Adeyemo, an anti-corruption ambassador, also revealed that the company had spent millions of naira on production of interlock stones ahead of the estate roads development, assuring that the Pelican Valley would not relent in its commitment towards ensuring that investors enjoy high Returns on Investments(ROI).
‎
‎He, therefore, used the avenue to urge all existing clients to reciprocate the firm’s infrastructural development strides within all its estates by paying their development levies and estate service charge promptly.
‎
‎He specifically asked clients that were yet to pay their development levies and the estate service charge in it various estates to endeavour to pay immediately, noting that despite the fact that the estates have been existing for over ten years, the real estate firm just introduced the estate service charge to meet the recurrent expenses of maintaining estate security guards and gardners, and electrification infrastructures.
‎
‎He said, “As part of efforts to add value to our estates development, Pelican Valley has procured multi – million naira road compactor to commence road infrastructural development in our various states. We have also mobilized our suppliers to supply high quality stone base materials that will spread on those roads before deploying the compactor to compact those roads and strengthen them for durability. After the compacting, we will lay the interlock stones we have produced gradually years ago. We have spent multiple billion of naira on interlocking production, estates electrification and government layout approvals, despite generating less than five hundred million naira from clients development levies so far”
‎
‎”We want to use this opportunity to assure our clients that we will not relent towards making them have high Returns on Investments(ROI). So, we call on all our existing clients that are yet to pay their development levies and estate service charge in our various estates to endeavour to pay without further delay. “We have been around the world and seen how city councils work, we can also make this work within our own immediate environment”
‎
‎”We have just introduced estate service charge. Most of our estates have been there for over ten years We have been paying a high recurrent expenditure to service our security guards and our gardners in the last ten years. And now, we believe it is the right time to introduce the charge. So, we want to urge all our clients that are yet to pay estate service charge to pay up as soon as possible.
