A foremost real estate firm in Nigeria, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited has commissioned a state-of-the-art site Office in Kobape area of Ogun State, showcasing its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovative business practices.

This was disclosed during a light handing-over ceremony of the office to the most senior engineer in the estate.

Located in the heart of Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape, the stunning new office boasts of cutting-edge architecture, sleek design, and top-notch amenities. Its spacious, well-lit interior is designed to provide an inspiring and productive work environment for the organisation’s team of experts and staff.

According to the Chairman/ CEO of the company, Amb Dr Babatunde Adeyemo, “the commissioning of our new office marks a significant milestone in our company’s history. We’re dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unparalleled expertise to our clients, and this new space will enable us to do just that.”

Treating guests,staff members and dignitaries to a guided tour of the new office, Dr. Adeyemo highlighted its impressive features and state-of-the-art technology, noting that the company is taking advantage of artificial intelligence to respond to any anticipated concerns that may come up between the company and her prospective and existing clients.

The CEO also seized the medium to hint on the introduction of various entry passes to ensure accountability and safety among workers, reduce delays of residents at entry points and to enhance security by keeping proper records of all non-residents entering the estate.

The entry passes include job cards to regulate and monitor artisans and contractors working within the estates; resident cards to provide seamless identification and access for verified residents and visitor cards to streamline visitor management.

The real estate czar added that the initiatives are designed to create a safer, more organised and well-managed environment for all residents and stakeholders.

One of the special guests, an Urban and Town planning professional, Tpl…Ashiru also commended the ingenuity of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley, Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, saying he is setting the image of Nigeria on a global state positively using innovative and ICT – driven shelter and real estate.

Ashiru described it as another plus for the Pelican Valley, a wonderful feat and innovation, stressing that it is a testament to Adeyemo’s commitment to adapting to demands of time and development.

The Daily Crucible reports that few years ago Ambassador Babatunde Adeyemo also received similar commendation from the Ogun State Commissioner for Urban & Physical Planning, Tpl Odunlami, who described him as “the poster boy of real estate.”

Also at the inauguration, the vice chairman of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Mrs. Titilayo Adeyemo, posited that with the new office, Pelican Valley has reaffirmed its position as a leader in the luxury real estate market that is committed to providing an unmatched level of service, expertise, and innovation to its discerning clients.

It will be recalled that on September 11, 2024, the firm commissioned about 10 units of apartments, an ultramodern lawn tennis and basketball courts and a mini zoo in its Ecostay Apartments. The event was graced by prominent people, including former governor of Ogun State, Chief Olusegun Osoba; Nigeria in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) chairperson, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa; Ogun State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Tpl.
