Prince Akintoye Akinrinade, son of Kabiyesi Oba Anthony Akinrinade, has enjoined all Muslims to use the occasion of this year’s Eid Mubarak festival to embrace all the values of sacrifice and generosity.
He stated this in a press statement he issued to celebrate the Muslim faithful in Agbado and its environs over this year’s Ileya festival.
According to him, as the blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha approaches, he extends his heartfelt greetings and warmest wishes to all Muslim faithful in Agbado town and its environs, and also to the entire Muslim Ummah across Ogun State.
Prince Akinrinade further stated, “May this sacred celebration bring peace, joy, and abundant blessings to your homes and our communities. May your prayers be accepted, your sacrifices rewarded, and your hearts filled with gratitude and love.”
He added, “Eid is a time of reflection, unity, and compassion. Let us all embrace the values of sacrifice, generosity, and togetherness that this special season represents.
“Happy Eid Mubarak! Wishing you and your families a joyful and spiritually fulfilling Eid.”
Prince Akinrinade urged them to use the opportunity of the festival to pray for Agbado community, Ogun State and Nigeria in general.
