The Iya Sunnah Of Egbaland, Alhaja (Dr.) Yemi Kolapo, on Friday, urged Muslim faithful in Ogun State to embrace unity with Christians and other believers to promote peaceful coexistence.
Kolapo, who stated this at the Lantoro Praying Ground during this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration, urged Muslims to continue to live with the lessons of the festival.
“I will just admonish everybody to continue to live with the lessons of Eid-el-Kabir and to always preach unity, and we should all have peaceful coexistence in Nigeria, whether you are a Muslim or Christian; so I wish everybody Eid Mubarak,” she said.
