Spiritual Father and Chairman, Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church (CSMC) Worldwide (Ayo Ni o), Prophet Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo has charged the Federal Government to address the infrastructure deficits bedeviling the country, especially electricity.
Doing so, the cleric said, would propel the nation to greater heights.
Baba Aladura Alogbo gave this charge on Tuesday in Ilorin while speaking with newsmen on the sideline of the beginning the year with praise programme held at the Ilorin District Headquarters of the church.
He implored the government to come up with policies that would boost the economy and make life easier for the people.
Prophet Alogbo further appealed to the government to expedite action on implementing people-oriented programmes and policies that would combat hunger in the land.
The Spiritual Father, who also applauded the various programmes of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration, urged Nigerians to cooperate with the government at all levels.
He added that the Church would continue to pray for the success and progress of the Nation.
In his sermon, Pastor Ademola Popoola stressed the need for justice, fairness and honesty to build a strong and virile nation.
Pastor Popoola, who spoke on the theme, “Praising the Ancient of Days,” advised the people to always praise God.
He charged government to jettison policies that are not working and remunerate workers across the board with salaries that are commensurate to the work they do.
