Seyi Tayese, Yenagoa Women from Nembe, Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State have given Aiteo Eastern Exploration & Production Company, operator of OML 29, a 14-day ultimatum to meet their demands. The women, who staged a warning protest at Aiteo’s loading facility at Nembe Creek, vowed to fully occupy the facility if the company failed to meet their demands. . Report says bribe amounts to 0.35% of country’s GDP Nigerian public officials received a whopping N721billion in 2023, a new report by the National Bureau of Statistics has revealed.
