Registrar of the Joint Admission Matriculation Board, Prof. Isiaq Oloyede, on Monday, described some institutions operating daily part-time programmes in Nigeria as illegal. President Bola Tinubu, on Monday, directed the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited to sell crude to Dangote Refinery and other upcoming refineries in Naira.
