Fatima Atiku Abubakar, first daughter of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress.
Fatima, who is also a former Commissioner for Health in Adamawa State, was received into the party in Abuja on Monday.
The medical professional turned politician registered and received her ADC membership card at her ward in the Wuse area of the nation’s capital.
FCT Chairman of ADC, Chief Clement Oba Ehigiator, AMAC chairman of the party and other stakeholders graced the event.
Atiku’s daughter expressed excitement to join the party housing the coalition of opposition leaders plotting President Bola Tinubu’s removal in 2027.
