The Ake Pavilion in Abeokuta witnessed an impressive display of political mobilisation on Friday as Hon. Akeem Akintayo Amosun stormed the venue of the official launch of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Ogun State alongside a large contingent of organic members and supporters of the Akeem Amosun Political Movement.

The massive presence of Amosun and his political followers at the event, which also featured the unveiling of 26 campaign vehicles for the 2027 general elections, underscored his commitment to the political mobilisation efforts ahead of the polls and his stated support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the emergence of Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as YAYI, as Governor of Ogun State, and the success of other APC candidates.

The enthusiastic turnout of members of the Akeem Amosun Political Movement was particularly noticeable, reflecting the movement’s participation in the ongoing political engagements and its readiness to contribute to the mobilisation structures being established ahead of the 2027 elections.

For Amosun, the occasion provided another opportunity to demonstrate his involvement in the unfolding political activities and reaffirm his commitment to the collective political agenda of the APC in Ogun State. His appearance with members of his political family also highlighted the importance of organised grassroots participation in the build-up to the next general elections.

The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, established under the leadership of its Grand Patron, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, is a nationwide mobilisation initiative designed to promote support for President Tinubu’s re-election and other APC candidates.

The impressive participation of members of the Akeem Amosun Political Movement at the gathering places the movement’s grassroots involvement within the broader preparations for the 2027 general elections. With its members participating in the mobilisation activities, the movement is set to remain engaged in the political process as preparations continue towards the forthcoming polls.

Amosun disclosed that the gathering was another occasion to demonstrate his political engagement and the readiness of his movement to participate in the collective activities of the APC ahead of 2027.
