Chelsea will face Manchester City in the final of this season’s FA Cup.

This follows their narrow 1-0 win over Leeds United in the second semi-final tie played on Sunday.

The Blues scored in the first half, with captain Enzo Fernandes’ header proving to be the winner.

In the first semi-final on Saturday, Manchester City avoided an upset against Southampton.

Pep Guardiola’s men fought back from a late goal to win 2-1 at Wembley and remain in the hunt for a domestic Treble.

The final will be played on May 16.
