The Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Grassroots Movement 2027 has passed a resounding vote of confidence in the Minister of State for Budget and Economic Planning, Doris Uzoka-Anite, citing her professionalism, competence, and commitment to national development.
In a statement issued by the Movement’s director-general, Dr. Godiya Tunde Adams, the group described Uzoka-Anite as a visionary public servant who has consistently distinguished herself in key strategic roles.
According to Adams, her track record reflects a rare blend of technocratic excellence, integrity, and a deep understanding of Nigeria’s socio-economic landscape.
He noted that in her current role, Uzoka-Anite has demonstrated exceptional capacity in driving policy alignment, economic planning, and sustainable development initiatives that have direct impact on citizens.
The group also highlighted her commitment beyond official duties, particularly in human capital development and youth empowerment.
Adams said her initiatives have equipped young Nigerians with critical skills and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly changing global economy.
“These interventions have not only inspired hope but have also contributed meaningfully to national development,” he stated.
The Movement further commended her loyalty to the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting her active support for the Renewed Hope Agenda and efforts in mobilising grassroots backing for the President’s re-election bid.
“She embodies the values of service, resilience, and progressive leadership that define this administration,” Adams added.
The group therefore urged that Uzoka-Anite be considered for higher responsibilities, expressing confidence in her capacity, vision, and leadership ability to deliver at greater levels of governance.
Adams concluded that Nigeria needs more leaders of her calibre, dedicated, forward-thinking, and people-oriented.
