Oregun, Lagos headquarters of the megachurch, Believers LoveWorld, popularly known as Christ Embassy, is currently on fire.
But the cause of the inferno at the church could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
According to the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority, the cause of the fire has yet to be known.
Videos and pictures of the incident have gone viral on social media.
One of the videos showed heavy smoke billowing from the building painted in white.
Officials of the Lagos State Fire Service and other emergency responders were seen battling the inferno.
