Adamawa State, Makwada Square in Numan has been officially greenlit by the Nigerian National League (NNL) to serve as the home venue for Adamawa United’s matches.
This exhilarating development marks a significant milestone, igniting pride not only in Numan but across the entire state, as it signals a bold step forward for sports and community spirit.
Dr. Yusuf Chidama, a key figure on the board of Adamawa United, captured the essence of this achievement: “This is more than just about football; it’s about community, progress, and putting Adamawa on the map.”
His words reflect the broader impact of this approval, which promises to unite fans, inspire young athletes, and elevate the state’s presence in Nigerian sports.
This triumph would not have been possible without the steadfast support of the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri whose dedication to advancing sports infrastructure has laid the foundation for this success.
