The celebration of the Children’s Day 2025 held at the FUNAAB Zoo Park, Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Wednesday, has been described as nothing short of 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 experience.

From thrilling animal tours to laughter-filled moments at the newly refurbished children’s play area, the atmosphere was filled with pure joy from start to finish.

The Prof Olufemi Sam-Wobo-led management of the FUNAAB Zoo Park was thrilled to welcome a host of amazing schools and wonderful families who came out to celebrate the Day at the park.

“A big THANK YOU to every teacher, parent, and guardian who made the trip. We appreciate your presence and are so glad you chose to spend this special day with us,” the Director of the Park, Prof Sam-Wobo said.

The management also extended gratitude to theFederal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) Vice-Chancellor, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳. 𝗞𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲, “whose intervention made the refurbishment of the children’s play area possible — the kids absolutely loved it!”
